A user may want to close an account for one of many reasons. The process is quick and easy.
What you will need
- The Username for the MyDirectives® account being closed
- The Password for the MyDirectives® account being closed
Steps to take
- Sign into the account to be closed at www.app.MyDirectives.com
(if you cannot remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link) - On the My Dashboard screen, click on the Update My Profile link under the My Account Tile in your Dashboard or on the My Account button on the left-hand side menu.
- Click on the Review and Finalize tab on the far right-hand side of your screen and locate the link that says Click here to permanently close your MyDirectives account
- Click Yes on the confirmation request
