A user may want to close an account for one of many reasons. The process is quick and easy.


What you will need

  • The Username for the MyDirectives® account being closed
  • The Password for the MyDirectives® account being closed


Steps to take

  1. Sign into the account to be closed at www.app.MyDirectives.com
    (if you cannot remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link)

  2. On the My Dashboard screen, click on the Update My Profile link under the My  Account Tile in your Dashboard or on the My Account button on the left-hand side menu.

  3. Click on the Review and Finalize tab on the far right-hand side of your screen and locate the link that says Click here to permanently close your MyDirectives account
  4. Click Yes on the confirmation request
