MyDirectives

1. In your browser, navigate to www.app.MyDirectives.com and select the New User button in the upper right of the screen, or click here to link directly to the New User page 
 

2. Enter your contact information and click the blue Sign Up button 

• Your Username may be your email address 

• If not your email address, your Username will need to conform to the following criteria: 
  
  • It can contain letters (a-z), numbers (0-9) or special characters !#$%&*+-/=?^_’{|}~. 
    
  • It must be at least 8 characters long and a maximum of 50 characters long 
    
  • It must have no spaces 
  • It must have at least one upper or lowercase letter 
    
  • It must not start or end with a period, or contain multiple periods in a row 

• Your Password will need to conform to the following criteria: 
  • It must have at least 1 capital letter 
  • It must have at least 1 lowercase letter 
  • It must have at least 1 number 
  • It must be at least 8 characters 
  • It must have no spaces 
     

3. The next page will explain that you will need to verify your account through a code sent to your email address or phone number depending on the information you provided. A 4-digit code will be sent for you to verify your account.   

4. Once your account has been verified, you will be taken to your dashboard and will begin the tour of our site and how to navigate it. Follow along with the navigation tool by clicking on the Next button as it shows you around. If you do not wish to have a tour, you can click on the x in the top right-hand corner of the box.
