Changing the address on your MyDirectives® account is quick and simple.
What you will need
- Access to a web browser (desktop, tablet, or mobile)
- The Username for the MyDirectives® account
- The Password for the MyDirectives® account
Steps to take
- In your browser, navigate to www.app.MyDirectives.com and sign-in as a Returning User, taking you to your My Dashboard page
(if you cannot remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link)
- On the My Dashboard page, click on the Update My Profile link under the My Account Tile in your Dashboard or on the My Account button on the left-hand side menu.
- On the My Account page, click on the Contact Info tab to enter your new address.
- Once complete with your changes click on the Save & Continue button on the bottom right-hand side of your screen.
