Changing the address on your MyDirectives® account is quick and simple.


What you will need

  • Access to a web browser (desktop, tablet, or mobile)
  • The Username for the MyDirectives® account
  • The Password for the MyDirectives® account


Steps to take

  1. In your browser, navigate to www.app.MyDirectives.com and sign-in as a Returning User, taking you to your My Dashboard page

    (if you cannot remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link)

  2. On the My Dashboard page, click on the Update My Profile link under the My  Account Tile in your Dashboard or on the My Account button on the left-hand side menu.


  1. On the My Account page, click on the Contact Info tab to enter your new address.

  2. Once complete with your changes click on the Save & Continue button on the bottom right-hand side of your screen.
