If you have forgotten your MyDirectives® account password, you are able to reset the password yourself through the MyDirectives® Forgot Password link easily.
In your browser, navigate to the Forgot Credentials Link
On the Forgot Credentials page, enter your MyDirectives® Username, Gender, and Date of Birth and select to have the reset code sent to your Email or through an SMS Text message.
Enter the 4-digit code provided to your Email address or Phone in the following screen.
Once you have entered the 4-digit code, you will be prompted to change your password. Enter a new password matching the required criteria and retype the password in the second box to confirm and then click Change Password
If you continue to encounter any issues with resetting your password, please reach out to our customer support team so that they may issue you a temporary password. They can be reached by emailing support@mydirectives.com
