If you have forgotten your MyDirectives® account password you are able to reset the password yourself through the MyDirectives® Forgot Password link easily.


What you will need

  • Access to a web browser (desktop, tablet, or mobile)
  • The Username for the MyDirectives® account


Steps to take

  1. In your browser, navigate to the Forgot Credentials Link
  2. On the Forgot Credentials page, enter your MyDirectives® Username, Gender, and Date of Birth and select to have the reset code sent to your Email or through an SMS Text message. 
  3. Enter the 4-digit code provided to your Email address or Phone in the following screen.
  4. Once you have entered the 4-digit code, you will be prompted to change your password. Enter a new password matching the required criteria and retype the password in the second box to confirm and then click Change Password
