It is not uncommon for MyDirectives® users to have a shared email. For example, we often see spouses share a single email address.
We feel it is important that individuals have their own MyDirectives® account, with that individual's own advance care plan. Because of this, users creating an account do not have to use an email address as their username but instead can chose to create a unique Username for their MyDirectives® account.
